Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and NCLEXProHub LLC governing your use of the NCLEXProHub platform, question bank, and study materials. Please read them — they cover your subscription, what you may and may not do with the content, and the limits of our responsibility.
1.Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using NCLEXProHub you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: one account per person, and credentials may not be shared, resold, or pooled among study groups. We may suspend accounts that show clear signs of credential sharing (for example, simultaneous sessions from distant locations).
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your email address current so we can reach you about billing and service notices.
3.Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Basic and Premium) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change; we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects their renewal.
You can cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. First-time subscriptions are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy.
Coupon codes apply only at checkout, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.
4.Acceptable use
The service is provided for your personal exam preparation. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, screenshot at scale, or redistribute questions, rationales, videos, notes, or cheatsheets
- Share, resell, or transfer your account or any downloaded materials
- Circumvent plan limits, entitlement checks, or download watermarks
- Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools against the platform
- Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service for other users
5.Intellectual property
All content on NCLEXProHub — questions, rationales, NGN case studies, videos, PDFs, cheatsheets, and the platform itself — is owned by NCLEXProHub LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study while your plan is active.
Downloads available to Premium members are watermarked with your account email and remain subject to this license; they may not be shared or published.
NCLEX is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), which does not sponsor or endorse this product.
6.Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We work hard to keep content accurate and aligned with the current NCSBN test plan, but we make no guarantee that you will pass the NCLEX, and nothing on this platform is medical advice or a substitute for your nursing program's curriculum.
Reported pass rates and testimonials reflect individual member experiences and are not a promise of results.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCLEXProHub LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused prepaid period only where the violation was not willful. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
9.Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance, and the date above will always reflect the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
